Information on the Proposals which were passed by the delegates at the 2007 NCIMS is available:  2007 Proposals.  The Executive Board and FDA met in a concurrence/non-concurrence meeting September 17-18, 2007.  They agreed on minor word changes to Proposals 129, 143, 208, 223, 230, 231, 238, and 303.  With these changes, all Proposals passed by the Conference have been concurred with by FDA.  Changes are shown in the individual Proposals. 

Several changes were made to the Constitution and Bylaws by the Proposals which were passed.  These changes have been made to those two documents on this web site.

John Beers, Virginia Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, Richmond, Virginia, was elected Chair for the 2009 Conference.  Don Breiner, Land O'Lakes, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, was re-elected Vice Chair.  See Executive Board for new elections to the Board.

The 2009 Conference will be held in Orlando, Florida, at the Caribe Royale Orlando April 17 - 22, 2009.
