Subject:     Announcement of Third Party Certifiers selected to participate
                  in the Voluntary International Certification Pilot Program


The National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) - International Certification Pilot
Program Committee (ICPPC) is pleased to announce the firms that have been selected to participate
as Third Party Certifiers in the International Certification Pilot Program.  This voluntary pilot program
will evaluate a new mechanism, utilizing non-governmental entities, to verify compliance with
regulations for Grade "A" milk and milk products in areas outside of the boundaries of the United
States.  Please refer to U. S. Food and Drug Administration's Memorandum of Information (M-I-06-17)
and the ICPPC Policy and Procedures Document at www.cfsan.fda.gov/~ear/mi-index.html for infor-
mation on the operation of this voluntary pilot program.
